This notice explains how your personal data is processed when you join the loyalty program of the restaurant (the "Restaurant") through this service. The Restaurant is the data controller; WLTT Co.,Ltd ("Operator", "we") provides the loyalty platform and processes data on the Restaurant's behalf.

1. Data we collect

• Your mobile phone number (verified by a one-time SMS code).
• Your name, and — if you choose to provide them — email, date of birth, residency (local resident / tourist), country of residence and age group.
• Your visit and purchase history at the Restaurant (dates, amounts, points earned and redeemed), received from the Restaurant's point-of-sale system.

2. Why we process it

• To create and operate your loyalty membership: identify you, keep your points balance and tier, and let you use rewards.
• To provide the service you request (membership card, transaction history, birthday and tier benefits).
• To keep the service secure and prevent fraud, and to comply with the law.

The legal basis is your consent and the performance of the loyalty membership you request.

3. Marketing communications

If you give separate consent, the Restaurant may send you offers, promotions and loyalty news by SMS and/or email. You can withdraw this consent at any time — every message includes an opt-out, or you can ask the Restaurant directly. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect your membership.

4. Sharing across a restaurant group

If the Restaurant belongs to a group of venues that share a single loyalty card, and you agree to it, your membership profile and points balance can be shared with the other venues in that group so you can earn and spend at any of them with one card. You may decline group sharing and still use your card at this Restaurant only.

5. Who else can access your data

• The Operator, strictly to run the platform.
• Service providers that deliver messages you consented to (the Restaurant's SMS/email gateway).
• Authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your membership is active. If you ask to delete your membership, or after a prolonged period of inactivity, we delete or anonymise your personal data, except records we must keep by law.

7. Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA, Thailand) you may access, correct, delete, or port your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact the Restaurant or the Operator at [email protected].
